Pune: Zero COVID Related Death Reported In PMC, Pune Rural, Cantonments, And Municipal Councils Today
Pune, 29th October 2021: A total of 235 new Coronavirus disease (COVID19) patients were reported in the Pune district today while 398 people were discharged from hospitals. 01 person succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.
Today, A total of 31,477 COVID vaccine doses were administered in the Pune district today taking the total vaccination doses to date to 1,20,69,119. About 78,28,790 people have got the first dose while 42,40,329 people have got two doses.
According to District Health Officer (DHO) Dr Bhagwan Pawar, there are 2962 active patients in the district and 1373 of them are admitted to hospitals while 1589 are in home isolation. Out of 235 new cases, 57 were reported in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), 64 in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), 15 in municipal councils (Nagar Parishad), 03 in cantonments, and 96 in rural areas.
Out of 398 discharged patients, 110 were in PMC, 98 were in PCMC, 15 were in municipal councils, 0 were in cantonments, and 175 were in rural areas. One death reported in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PMC).
