Pune’s Notorious Goon Gajanan Marne Arrested In Satara District
Pune/Satara, 7th March 2021: Notorious goon Gajanan Marne was arrested at Medha in Jaoli taluka of Satara district on Friday. A team of Pune Rural Police caught him.
After his release from Taloja jail, Marne was coming to Pune in a convoy of over 200 vehicles and supporters. They had not paid the toll on the Expressway. Cases have been registered at various police stations under the jurisdiction of Pune police and Pimpri Chinchwad police. Many of his supporters were arrested while Marne had managed to escape.
A few days ago police had received information that Marne was seen in the Mahableshwar. After a specific input on Friday, a trap was laid in Medha area of Jaoli taluka. Marne was riding in a Duster SUV when the cops intercepted the vehicle. Later Marne was arrested with the help of Medha police.
