Pure EV Launches evoDryft 350: India’s First Electric Commuter.

Pune, 23rd November 2023: Hyderabad-based electric startup, Pure EV, has introduced its latest electric bike, the evoDryft 350, in the Indian market. Positioned as an electric commuter motorcycle, the evoDryft 350 enters the competitive 110 cc segment, traditionally dominated by petrol bikes. This launch marks a significant milestone as the first electric bike in this category, offering an enticing blend of extended range and noteworthy features suitable for daily commuting. Priced at Rs 1.30 lakh ex-showroom, it provides a cost-effective alternative for those seeking to save money on daily motorcycle travel.

The evoDryft 350 boasts a robust 350 kW electric motor, complemented by 6 MCUs to efficiently operate the motorcycle. Generating 4 bhp and a torque of 40 Nm, the bike features a 3.5-kilowatt battery pack, facilitating a comfortable top speed of 75 kmph. With three distinct riding modes catering to the rider’s preferences, the company claims an impressive range of 171 kilometers on a single charge.

Loaded with features, the evoDryft 350 includes parking assist, reverse mode, casting zone, hill start assist, down-hill assist, and Smart AI for enhanced battery life. Pure EV aims to make this eco-friendly option more accessible through affordable EMI plans, with options as low as ₹4000 per month. The company has partnered with prominent firms like Hero Fincorp, L&T Finance Services, ICICI, among others, to offer convenient financing options. The bike will be available through Complete Electric’s extensive network of over 100 dealerships across the country.

In the competitive landscape, the new Pure EV EcoDraft 350 is set to rival existing electric bikes in the Indian market, including the Revolt RV400 and Hop OXO.
