Pune, December 9, 2022: PYC Hindu Gymkhana, United Sports, Club of Maharashtra registered wins on basis of their first innings lead in their league encounters at the PYC-Filtrum Challenger Trophy 2 day Invitation Under-25 Mens Cricket Tournament organized by the PYC Hindu Gymkhana and played on DVCA,Sunglow Cricket Stadium, Desire Sports Corporation, Barane Cricket grounds.
At the Desire Sports Ground PYC Hindu Gymkhana who registered 407 for 7(declared) in 86Overs yesterday bowled out Deccan Gymkhana for 328 runs in spite of a lone fight by Dhiraj Phatangare 156(150,12×4,10×6) to win on their 79 runs first inning lead.
At the Sunglow Cricket Ground chasing first innings score of 375 runs set by United Sports Club Star Cricket Academy were bowled out for 246 for all out in 64.5Overs handed over a 129 runs in first inning lead handing United Sports Club a win on 1st inning lead
Club of Maharashtra who scored 339 runs for loss of 5 wickets in their first innings stopped Ambitious Cricket Academy who were restricted to 245runs for 10 wickets after a fine bowling spell by slow left arm orthodox bowler Shubham Meid who claimed 6 wickets for 79runs and register a 94 run win on the first innings lead .
