Fashionably Fit

With the trend of looking chic while working out growing prominence amongst GenFit, Reebok notes the increase in spending on comfortable yet trendy workout apparel. According to the survey, Pune seconds the list, with 49% spending more than INR 8000/- on their fitness gear.

Revealing the Reebok Fit India Survey results, Ms. Silvia Tallon, Senior Marketing Director, Reebok India said, “India is a nation that has historically been more passionate about food than fitness. It is however interesting to note that the younger generation of our country is moving towards leading a healthier and fit lifestyle. The results for Pune prove that ‘Fitness Consciousness’ is growing beyond the metro cities. In addition to traditional forms of fitness, MMA and CrossFit have received tremendous interest from Pune proving their commitment to fitness and trying alternate forms of fitness activities.”
