Sandhu , Shah register upsets at Ramesh Desai Memorial under 12 Sub-Junior Tennis Nationals
Mumbai, February 11: Ranbir Sandhu of Punjab and Bhavesh Shah of Gujarat caused upsets in the first round qualifying round in the boys section at the 13th edition of the Ramesh Desai Memorial Junior Tennis Nationals for Boys and Girls under 12 which will be hosted by the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA) at the GA Ranade Tennis complex.
Unseeded Ranbir Sandhu upset third seeded Aarav Bhalla of a Uttar Pradesh 9-2 while Bhavesh Shah toppled sixth seeded Virat Kotha of Telangana 9-3 to enter the second round qualifying.
