“Shivjaatasya” A Fashion Show based on Royal collection of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj on the occasion of Shivjayanti.

19 FEB 2019, PUNE – Maha fashion foundation and Tasta has organised an unique and first of its kind Fashion Show “ShivJatasya” which is based on Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaja’s royal collection. it will be held on 19th Feb. at Vrindavan Lawns at 7.30 p.m. The show will feature Maharaja’s dressing style, special ornaments, esthetic wear, Mojadis (royal shoes), Pagdi (Royal Turban) etc.. An announcement was made by Deepak Mane,Nitin Agarwal owner and Ravindra Pawar, Creative Director of Tasta and Lakshmikant Gund, Founder of Maha Fashion Foundation in the press conference.

Deepak Mane said , “People love to dress like their ideal kings and queens in their life’s biggest moments. Till date, Maharashtra’s most important and revered king Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja’s exact dressing style has not been used yet in any wedding or occasion so keeping this in mind, we tried to create unique collection of Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj”. Tasta had an opportunity to showcase their collection in London Fashion Week last year. This show is conceptualised by Lakshmikant Gund and choreographed by Satyajit Joglekar. The Show is open to all.
