Special passport mela at Aundh on 8 August
Regional Passport Office, Pune is organizing a Special Passport Mela at pandit Bhimsen Joshi Sabhagruha , Near Bremen Chowk, Aundh , Pune on C Aueust 2015 (Saturday) for the benefit of passport applicants in region of its jurisdiction viz Pune, Ahmednagar, Kolhapur, Sangli, Satara, and Solapur.
Atul Gotsurve, the Pune regional passport officer, said that the Mela will be for normal application category for 550 appointments .On Hold, Tatkal, ‘Walk in’ and PCC applications will not be entertained on this date.
The procedure for submission of the form for the same will be as follows:-
– Online Registration/application is to be done at the website www.passportindia.gov.in
– Applicable fees to be paid online
– Online appointment has to be taken – Opening on August 5 for online appointment
The filling of application form on computer system may be completed before 12 noon. Payment and booking of appointment should start at 12 noon sharp. Applicants are requested to use a fast internet connection to book the appointment.
Entrv to the Mela will be allowed onlv to anplicants with valid appointments. Applicants may visit the Pandit Bhimsen Joshi Sabhagruha , Near Bremen Chowk’ Aundh , Pune with Application Reference Number (ARN) sheet which has a valid appointment with all required Original and Self-attested photocopies.
