Speeding Vehicle Hits Seven Vehicles On Shivajinagar-Pune University Road
Pune, 2nd February 2023: In front of the LIC office on Shivajinagar-Savitribai Phule Pune University road, a speeding vehicle hit six to seven vehicles. It is reported that three to four persons were injured in this incident. The said incident took place on Wednesday (February 1) at around 7.30 pm.
In this case, the work of filing a case against motorist Yogesh Nawale (25), a resident of Pathare Vasti, Kharadi Bypass was going on till late at night at Shivajinagar Police Station.
Yogesh Nawale is suspected to be driving under the influence of alcohol. Police said that he was sent to Sassoon Hospital for a medical examination. Due to the accident, there were long queues of vehicles on the road for some time. The traffic police moved the vehicles aside and made the traffic smooth.
