Starlink, Elon Musk’s internet service is set to launch with speedy internet service
Pune, 2nd November 2021: Elon Musk is about to launch its superfast internet service Starlink in India. Starlink is a satellite internet service. The company is going to provide broadband and other communication services based on satellite to Indian users through this service. The company has also registered its business in India on Monday. Users are expected to be able to enjoy Starlink’s superfast internet speed soon.
More focus will be on rural areas
Starlink says that it wants to accelerate the development of rural areas of India with its broadband service. In the initial phase, the company will distribute more than 100 free devices to schools in Delhi and surrounding rural areas. The company aims to make 2 lakh devices available in India by December 2022 and 80 percent of these devices will be in rural India. The special thing is that the company has got pre-orders for more than 5 thousand devices from India already.
Along with content storage and streaming, many more services will be provided
Starlink will also launch its telecommunication service in India. This includes satellite broadband service, content storage and streaming, multi-media communication along with many more services. Apart from this, the company will also do business of data transmission and reception equipment with its satellite phones, network equipment, wired and wireless communication devices.
