Tata Motors launches all-new ‘WINGER 15 Seater’ Vehicle in Maharashtra
Maharashtra, July 27, 2018: Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, launched its novel product “WINGER 15-Seater” monocoque designed buses in Maharashtra recently. This 15-seater vehicle is designed to offer a unique proposition of passenger comfort combined with long-term value for money for the operator. Starting at a price of Rs. 12.05 lakhs, the Winger 15S will be available across 23 dealers and Tata Motors outlets in Maharashtra.
The WINGER 15S comes with a cozy interior ambience in the WINGER 15S, provides for enhanced levels of comfort and a superior on-road experience. The vehicle offers comfortable push back seats, individual AC vents, USB charging points for each row of seats, making both short and long journeys a memorable one. Additionally, the WINGER’S monocoque body construction ensures low levels of noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) and an independent front suspension along with anti-roll bars and hydraulic shock absorbers ensure a bump-free ride.

For maximum performance and fuel economy, the WINGER 15S is powered by a Tata Motors 2.2 L DICOR Engine, boasting 100 HP of power and 190 Nm of flat torque, which assures greater pulling power even at low RPM’s. The 15S has a front independent MC Pherson Strut Suspension system gives better maneuverability and better ride comfort. Tata WINGER 15S has a front axle drive resulting in car-like low Noise Vibration Harness (NVH) in its class. Front Axle Drive also ensure lower weight, better traction and reduced transmission loses.
The Tata WINGER 15S is 5458 mm long and comes with bigger 15” tyres with wheel caps, providing a stylish look to the vehicle and improving the ground clearance to 180 mm. With an internal height of 1900mm/ 6.3”, this vehicle helps in ease of passenger movement. For a long distance travel, Winger 15S provides ample luggage space of 600 Litre.
