Team Swachh Kalyani Nagar Hosts Know Your Candidate Meeting Ahead of Pune Lok Sabha Elections
Kalyani Nagar, 22nd April 2024: In a proactive move towards informed voting, Team Swachh Kalyaninagar (TSKN) orchestrated a successful Know Your Candidate (KYC) meeting on April 21st, in preparation for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections slated for May 13th, 2024. The event, strategically held at Kalyaninagar’s scenic Joggers Park, drew a vibrant gathering of residents and first-time voters keen on understanding the stances of prospective candidates.
Despite Ravindra Dhangekar of the Indian National Congress (INC) being unable to attend due to prior commitments, TSKN facilitated a robust discussion with his representatives, including Avinash Bagwe, an ex-corporator, and Dr. Haji Zakir Shaikh, Secretary of the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee. Purnima Joshi, Founder Trustee of TSKN, handed over a comprehensive Charter of Demands to the delegates, encapsulating the community’s expectations and concerns.
