Termination of operating contract release
Marriott Hotels India Pvt Ltd and Neo Capricorn Plaza Pvt Ltd announced today that they have mutually agreed to terminate the operating contract for the Courtyard By Marriott Pune City Centre hotel. The hotel which is located near Jehangir Hospital in Pune has been operated by Marriott since July 2011. The last day of Marriott’s operation will be June 10th 2016.
Marriott Hotels and Neo Capricorn would like to assure their customers and Marriott Rewards members that the transition will be smooth and seamless with all commitments, in terms of bookings until the last day of operation, being honored.
Neo Capricorn, as owner, is also committed to ensuring that all assurances made to employees and any other associated parties shall be honored until the last day of operation.
The two companies have amicably decided to part ways and the decision has no bearing on existing or future business ventures between Neo Capricorn and Marriott Hotels. Both companies wish the other the best in all future endeavors.
