Tesla Unveils 2024 Model 3 Performance with Enhanced Power and Range
Pune, April 24, 2024 – Tesla has unveiled its latest offering, the 2024 Model 3 Performance, showcasing remarkable upgrades in power and efficiency.
The 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance, recently launched globally, introduces a new performance drive unit, delivering increased torque power and improved efficiency compared to its predecessor. Equipped with 20-inch alloy wheels encased in Tesla-specific Pirelli P Zero 4 performance tires, the vehicle also features an upgraded Track Mode to version 3.
Compared to the previous Model 3 Performance, the new performance drive unit offers a significant boost, with 22% more continuous power, 32% more peak power, and 16% enhanced peak torque delivery.
Design-wise, the 2024 Model 3 Performance boasts 20-inch alloy wheels fitted with Tesla-specific Pirelli P Zero 4 performance tires, enhancing comfort, reducing rolling resistance, and extending the range. Additionally, it incorporates new active damping technology, providing real-time adjustments to optimize both ride and handling, ensuring an improved passenger experience. Tesla has also enhanced the Track Mode to version 3, enhancing its performance capabilities further.
In terms of powertrain and performance, the 2024 Model 3 Performance accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds, boasting a top speed of 262 km/h. Its new electric motor churns out a maximum power of 503 brake horsepower (bhp) and a peak torque output of 741 Newton-meters (Nm).
