Those committing irregularities in government scheme not to be spared

CM Shri Chouhan holds Jan-Samvad at Sabhaganj in Satna district

Bhopal : Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that those committing irregularities in government schemes will not be spared. Strict action will be taken against erring officers-employees. He said that the poor people in rural and urban areas dreaming for their houses for years will be given ownership rights of the land over which they constructed their dwellings. The Chief Minister was hold direct dialogue with people at Maihar in Satna district today. Energy Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla, MP Shri Ganesh Singh and MLA Shri Mahendra Singh Bagri were also present on the occasion.

The Chief Minister said that Rs. 119 crore drought relief has been provided to farmers of Satna district. The relief has been deposited directly in bank accounts of farmers. He said that in the state, Rs. 4000 crore drought relief has been distributed. The Chief Minister said that fresh survey will be conducted and proper relief given to affected farmers who have remained deprived of relief. The Chief Minister said that complaints of people affected by construction of Jabalpur-Rewa 4-lane road will be redressed and they would be provided proper compensation. He said that the state government will provide 3 lakh houses to the poor every year.

The Chief Minister said that after January 22, he would make field inspections in villages to learn ground realities of schemes’ implementation. Good performers will be rewarded and strict action will be taken against erring officers.

Balendra gets cycle

The Chief Minister received complain during Jan-Samwad that class VII student Balendra has not received cycle. The Chief Minister called Balendra to dais and directed officers to buy a Ranger cycle as per his wish. Amount for cycle will be given from Chief Minister’s discretionary fund.
