Toastmasters Annual Conference in Pune

PUNE, MAHARASHTRA, 6th May 2019  – Pune will host the annual conference of District 98 , Toastmasters International. Eloquence 2019 will be held at the newly opened Buntara Bhavana at Baner from 17-19 May 2019. Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that imparts public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Headquartered in Englewood, Colo., the organization’s membership exceeds 357,000 in more than 16,600 clubs in 143 countries. Since 1924, Toastmasters International has helped people from diverse backgrounds become more confident speakers, communicators, and leaders.

Convenor of Eloquence 2019 Mr. Vinod Sharma informed that Eloquence will also host world-renowned speakers, activists, storytellers, and leaders who are ready to inspire and enthrall audiences at the conference! The annual conference of District 98 – Eloquence – has ample to offer in terms of learning, coupled with fun. Eloquence 2019, which will be organized in Pune, will be the first of its kind. This year, the conference will witness the final leg of the making of District Champions for four different contests, namely International Speech Contest, Table Topics Contest, Humorous Speech Contest, and Speech Evaluation Contest. Keynote speakers and workshops are an integral part of Eloquence and even for 2019 conference, the lineup is going to be amazing. It will be graced by the presence of notable guests from the world headquarters of Toastmasters International.

The conference will also be an opportunity to network with people from different walks of life and witness future district leaders getting elected. The conference will bring together over 800 Toastmasters from across India for an unmatched experience. Attendees will get to witness the District International Speech Contest, which will feature 11 of Central and Western India’s finest orators vying for the chance to represent District 98 at the World Championship of Public Speaking!
