Unidentified Man Killed In Hit And Run Case On Pune-Mumbai Expressway, Case Registered
Pune 2nd October 2023: In a tragic incident reported near Dehuroad on Pune-Mumbai Expressway, an unidentified person was hit by a vehicle. The incident took place September 30 at around 10:55 pm.
According to police, the officials of the Dehuroad Police Station received information regarding an accident reported on the Pune-Mumbai Expressway. Accordingly, the police officials reached the spot and found an unknown person in an unconscious condition. The victim was rushed to Yashvantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital but the doctors declared him dead.
A case under sections 304(a) and 279 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) along with sections 184, 134 (a), (b) 119/177 of the Motor Vehicle Act. Further investigation in the matter is underway.
