Water Supply Will be Cut Off On May 5 At Some Places In Pune City
Pune, 4th May 2022: Water Supply And Pumping Department of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) issued a notice informing the citizens that on Thursday (May 5), due to urgent maintenance and repair work of electrical/pumping and architectural works at Wadgaon Water Center and Viman Nagar and the area adjacent to Dhanori tank, for the above-mentioned maintenance and repair work of the above pumping, the water supply of some part of Pune city will be cut off.
Also on Friday, May 6 water supply is expected to start in the late morning and with low pressure. However, all citizens are requested to take note and cooperate in this regard.
The part where the water supply is shut off;
1) Wadgaon Water Station Premises:
Hingane, Anandnagar, Wadgaon, Dhayari, Ambegaon Pathar,
Duttnagar, Dhankawadi, Katraj, Bharati Vidyapeeth campus, Kondhwa Budruk etc.
2) Bhama Askhed Project:
i) Vimannagar tank complex – Sanjay Park, entire Vimannagar Mhada Colony, S.R.A. Part, Kulkarni Garage Part, Yamuna Nagar, Datta Temple Complex etc.
ii) Dhanori tank premises – Kamal Park, Madhav Nagar, Dhanori Gaothan, Parande Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, Gokul Nagar, Bhairav Nagar, Kashinath Nagar, Anand Park, Shramik Nagar, Siddharth Nagar, Sudama Nagar, Ambanagari, Harikrishna Park, etc.
