WhatsApp To Introduce New Features In Coming Months, Check Out These Three Features
New Delhi, 25th July 2022: In the last few months, many new features have been introduced to WhatsApp. In the coming days, WhatsApp is preparing to bring many more new features. The company is working on a special feature, which will allow users to see the disappearing messages even after they expire.
WhatsApp is working on a feature called Past Participants for its global users. With the introduction of this feature, group members will be able to know which members have secretly left the group in the last 60 days. This feature will let new group members know who has left the group before they can join the group. The feature has been made available for iOS in WhatsApp beta version number 22.16.0.70.
Whatsapp is also working on the feature of saving ‘Disappearing Messages’ even after their expiry. To save these messages, a new section named ‘Kept Messages’ will be found on WhatsApp. This feature of WhatsApp may initially come for group chats. All members of the group will be able to access the ‘Kept Messages’ section. The special thing is that group admins can decide which group members can and who cannot access messages in this section. The company can roll out this feature for the WhatsApp desktop beta in the coming days.
WhatsApp is preparing to bring a new feature where users will be able to filter chats with new messages. The user will also get the facility to read all the unread chats. The company rolled it out a few days ago for the beta version of WhatsApp Android 2.22.16.14.
