Process for finding out
- First of all, you have to open WhatsApp.
- Click on the three-dot menus that appear in the top-right corner.
- You will then have to click on the Setting option.
- Followed by Data and storage usage.
- After clicking on the Data and storage usage, select the option of Manage storage given there.
- A long list will be open in front of you in Manage storage. Where information has been given as to which user has taken how much storage space on WhatsApp.
- At the top of it is the name you talk to the most. By clicking on contact, you can also find out how many text messages, photos, and videos have been shared. You can also delete the data and empty the storage if you want.
- You will also find options in WhatsApp settings to clear data. WhatsApp users can clear anyone’s chat at their convenience, after which you will get a lot of space.
How to Secure WhatsApp chat
- First of all, you have to open WhatsApp.
- Then Setting and then click on the Account option.
- Then you have to enable the Two-step Verification.
- This allows you to create a 6 digit PIN. The advantage of this will be that any new phone will need this PIN setting WhatsApp.
- You will have the option to link an email address after creating a pin through a two-step verification code.
