Yoga Certificate Course Admission To Begin Soon At Pune University
Pune, 26th December 2022: On 26th December, the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) Board of Sports and Physical Education initiated a certificate course in yoga. The university has invited applications for it.
Any person who has passed Class 12 or equivalent can be admitted to this course. The duration of this certificate course is three months. The application process begins on 2nd January 2023, and the application can be made till 14th January 2023. Mostly, the age is 18. This course is open to anyone over the age of 60. There are 50 seats, and admission will be given on a first-come-first-serve basis. This is open to Indian and international students.
Yoga creates a harmonious experience for the mind and body. The majority of people, regardless of age or physical condition, can practise yoga. The course is appropriate even for a beginner of Yoga to get a proper and extensive understanding of the traditional and scientific aspects.
