Youth Dies in High-Speed Bike Accident in Balewadi
Balewadi, 2nd December 2024: A tragic road accident claimed the life of a 29-year-old man after he fell off a speeding two-wheeler in the Balewadi area during the early hours of Sunday. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. near Mitcon School.
The deceased, identified as Ranjit Bhaskar Rokade, a resident of the Shivraj Building in Vrindavan Colony, Kothrud, suffered severe head injuries after losing control of his bike and crashing.
Upon receiving information about the accident, police personnel quickly rushed to the scene. Ranjit was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him dead upon arrival.
A case has been registered at the Baner Police Station following a complaint filed by Police Constable Manoj Dive. Assistant Police Inspector Anil Kekan is currently leading the investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
