Youthville Opens New Student Housing Facility in Pune’s Shivajinagar, Expands Footprint

Shivajinagar, 4th August 2026: Student housing and co-living operator Youthville has inaugurated its 12th operational property in Shivaji Nagar, expanding its presence across Pune and Mumbai.

Located near Sancheti Hospital, the new facility is intended to provide students with convenient access to educational institutions, public transport and commercial areas. It offers fully furnished air-conditioned rooms, freshly prepared meals, high-speed Wi-Fi, housekeeping, laundry services, biometric access and round-the-clock security.

The property also includes dedicated study areas, recreational spaces and community programmes aimed at supporting students’ academic and personal development, the company said.

The inauguration was attended by Kohinoor Group Chairman and Managing Director Krishna Kumar Goyal, Padma Vibhushan Dr K.H. Sancheti, Parag Sancheti, Youthville founder Vineet Goyal and co-founder Rupesh Mittal.

Krishna Kumar Goyal said the opening reflected Youthville’s commitment to developing high-quality student communities. He also expressed confidence that the partnership with the Sancheti Group would positively benefit students.

Dr Sancheti said organised student housing should support not only education but also students’ safety, well-being and personal development.

Parag Sancheti said the property had been envisioned as a landmark space capable of positively influencing students’ lives. Youthville was selected to manage it because of the company’s focus on quality, student welfare and community living, he added.
