Cyber cafe owners get 15 days jail

A Pune court has sentenced a cybercafe owner and his partner to 15 days simple imprisonment and Rs 10,000 fine for not maintaining records of visitors at their cyber cafe in Rajgurunagar. In 2012 somebody had sent an email to Pune police commissioner, from the cyber cafe threatening of disruptive activities during Ganeshotsav.

The convicts are Vishal Hiraman Bhogade (25) of Kharpudi village in Khed taluka and his partner Sandesh Sopan Dhere (22) who run the cafe.
