Jharkhand stole the limelight with gold medal in Partner state category at IITF closing ceremony

 India’s Largest Trade fair India International Trade fair conclude today.

New Delhi: India’s largest trade exhibition IITF came to an end today. The Jharkhand Pavilion also witnessed mad rush of crowd. Besides collecting information the visitors also took advantage of the discounts that was being offered to brisk buying. On this last day the visitors flocked in general stalls. They collected all the information related to the Jharkhand Tourism and IPRD. Pavilion Director Rajendra Prasad said that the total sale in the Jharkhand Pavilion was around RS. 40 Lacs with Jharkraft accounting for 6 Lacs of the total sale. He also said that next year Jharkhand Pavilion will come up with more products and Information.

On the occasion of the closing of the India International Trade Fair, a grand awards ceremony was held at Shakuntalam theatre, Pragati Maidan. Along with Finance Minister Govt. of India Arun Jaitley. Gold Medal was presented to Jharkhand for being Partner State of 35th IITF in partner state category. Medals were awarded by Arun Jaitley to Pavilion Director of Jharkhand Pavilion Rajendra Prasad.

In Pavilion Dept. of Industry also Distributed certificates to the entire participants and acknowledged everyone’s important contribution to the Jhrakhand Pavilion. In this segment first prize winner was Dept. of Forest, Environment and Climate change, Second Prize Winner was Jhaskolamp and Third Prize winner was Dept. of Information and Public Relations and Jharcraft.
