Member Staff , Railway Board visits Pune division.
6 December 2019, Pune- Member of Staff, Railway Board and Ex-Officio Secretary to the Government of India Manoj Pandey inspected Pune Division, Central Railway today.The newly come up Computer Based Test (CBT) examination hall in the DRM office building was inaugurated by him.As per Railway Board’s policy henceforth all the departmental selections examinations are to be conducted on computer systems and have to be based on objective types questions. Pune Division is the first in Central Railway and one of the front runners in the entire Indian Railways to have set up a dedicated CBT examination hall.He also inaugurated the computer based modules pertaining to Performance Appraisal, Settlement and Compassionate Ground appointment matters.Member of Staff express happiness over the HR initiatives under taken by the Divisions and particularly the computerization of most of the HR processes.
Member of Staff held discussion with the officers and staff of Pune Division and encouraged them to perform better. On this occasion Principle Chief Personnel Officer, Central Railway Dr A. K. Sinha, Divisional Railway Manager Renu Sharma, Additional Divisional Railway Managers Neelam Chandra and Saharsh Bajpai and Senior Divisional Personnel Officer Dr. Shinde Tushaba , Divisional Personnel Officer U.C. Bodake were Present.
