13-Year-Old Boy Who Went Missing From Outside School, Found At Pune Railway Station

Pune, 18th August 2022: On Tuesday afternoon, the 13-year-old boy who went missing from outside of his school was later found at the Pune railway station. The Pimpri-Chinchwad police is investigating the matter further.

The boy’s father reported his son missing at the Dehu Road police station on Wednesday night. The boy was allegedly kidnapped on Tuesday while waiting for a bus outside the gate of the Kendriya Vidyalaya on Dehu Road. The boy was allegedly taken after the kidnapper disguised his face with a cloth.

The boy’s family contacted the police after he failed to come home. After starting a search, the police learned that he had been seen a few hours later at the Pune train station.

The boy was located at the railway station by a squad from the Dehu Road police station.

According to the police, the FIR was filed using the information the boy provided. Yogesh Gaikwad, an assistant police inspector, said that the case is still under investigation.
