13-Year-Old Girl From Telangana Found In Pune; Khadki Police Handed Her Over To Her Family

Khadki, 11th February 2023: A 13-year-old girl who went missing from her home due to a family dispute in Telangana was found in Khadki and has been handed over to her family.

The girl is a resident of Kapoli, Telangana. On February 8, she was walking in the Crystal Society area of Khadki. At that time, Assistant Police Inspector Sharda Valkoli was patrolling the area. Sangram Singh and Vinod Singh saw her and informed the police.

The cops tried to communicate with the girl but she was speaking Telugu. The police had difficulty communicating with her. The police interacted with the girl with the help of a citizen who knew the Telugu language. The girl told the police that she had come to Pune by train from Telangana. The police asked for her name and address. After that, the officials of Nashirabad Police Station in Telangana were informed about her.

The police reported the incident to the Child Welfare Committee. She was kept in the observation room of the Child Welfare Committee. Her brother along with Nashirabad Police Station personnel Harshad Pasha reached Khadki Police Station. The police handed her over to her relative after completing legal procedures.
