210 New COVID Cases Reported In Pune District; 37,540 Vaccine Doses Administered
Pune, 11th November 2021: A total of 210 new Coronavirus disease (COVID19) patients were reported in the Pune district today while 147 people were discharged from hospitals. 03 people succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours.
Today, A total of 37,540 COVID vaccine doses were administered in the Pune district today taking the total vaccination doses to date to 1,22,99,038. About 78,92,587 people have got the first dose while 44,06,451 people have got two doses.
According to District Health Officer (DHO) Dr Bhagwan Pawar, there are 2150 active patients in the district and 1210 of them are admitted to hospitals while 940 are in home isolation. Out of 210 new cases, 75 were reported in Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), 43 in Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), 18 in municipal councils (Nagar Parishad), 03 in cantonments, and 71 in rural areas.
Among the 03 deaths, one was in PCMC, and two were in rural areas. Out of 147 discharged patients, 44 were in PMC, 45 were in PCMC, 17 were in municipal councils, 02 were in cantonments, and 39 were in rural areas.
