Bengaluru, January 30, 2020 : The civil services are a dream for many but only a few can crack the exam.

Madhu NC, a bus conductor with BMTC, studied for 5 hours daily and has cleared the UPSC civil services mains exam. Now he has an interview on March 25th.

He was overjoyed when he saw his results of the union public service commission (UPSC) and knew he had cleared the exam. Considering he is the only one in his family to go to school, they are delighted at Madhu’s achievements despite working as a conductor for hours a day.

“I always wanted to achieve something big in life. I started working early to support my family but that did not stop me from studying further. I used to study for 5 hours a day. My subjects were ethics, political science, maths, and science. I would study every day, before and after work. I would also wake up at 4 am and finish my studies before proceeding to work”, Madhu said.
