60 Glorious Years of St. Mira’s College for Girls, Pune
Pune, 8th October 2022: St. Mira’s College for Girls, Pune is happy to announce its entry into its 60th year since its inception in 1962. Our institution is an integral part of the Mira Movement in Education and comes under the aegis of the Sadhu Vaswani Mission.
To mark the completion of 60 glorious years of St. Mira’s College for Girls, Pune, the Alumni Association of the College presents the first of the series of events- a Dance Drama Production by Kalaayan, titled: “Mahabharatee” on Saturday, 8th October, 2022 at the Indulakshmi Auditorium, St. Mira’s College for Girls, Pune, 6, Koregaon Road, Pune 411001 at 5.30pm.
The event has been organised in collaboration with Artsphere, which completes its 10th anniversary this year. The Dance Drama was preceded by a Fund Raiser for Student Aid. The collections from this performance in the form of sponsorships, donations and ticket sale money will be channelised towards Student Aid- to meet the educational requirements of those students at St. Mira’s College who are unable to meet their fee requirements.
This is the best tribute which can be paid to our visionary Founder, Sadhu T.L. Vaswani and to our spiritual mentor and guiding light, Dada J.P. Vaswani-the true torch bearers of women empowerment.
