MPSC Recruitment 2026: 571 Group A and B Posts Announced, Salary Up to Rs 2.11 Lakh
Pune, 27th March 2026: The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has released an official notification for recruitment to 571 posts in Group A and Group B categories across various departments in the state. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website mpsc.gov.in.
According to the notification, the recruitment drive includes several key positions in the health, legal and administrative sectors.

Medical Officer: 297 posts
District Sainik Welfare Officer/Deputy Director: 21 posts
Motor Vehicle Prosecutor: 6 posts
Additional Public Prosecutor: 244 posts
Deputy Executive Health Officer: 2 posts
Deputy Superintendent: 1 post

Educational qualification
Candidates must possess the required qualifications depending on the post. Applicants for legal positions should hold a law degree from a recognised institution, while those applying for medical posts must have an MBBS degree.
Age limit
Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: 50 years
Candidates belonging to reserved categories will receive relaxation in the upper age limit as per government rules.
Selection process
The selection process will include a written examination, screening test and interview.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹44,900 to ₹2,11,900, depending on the post and pay level.
