Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2 Crosses Rs 1,067 Crore Worldwide, Beats Pathaan and Kalki 2898 AD
Mumbai, 27th March 2026: Ranveer Singh’s film Dhurandhar 2 (Dhurandhar: The Revenge) has crossed ₹1,067 crore in worldwide box office collections, becoming the eighth highest-grossing Indian film of all time. The film has surpassed the lifetime global collections of Pathaan (₹1,055 crore) and Kalki 2898 AD (₹1,042 crore).
According to trade website Sacnilk, the film earned ₹49.70 crore net in India on its eighth day (Thursday) after release. With this, Dhurandhar 2 has collected ₹674.17 crore net at the domestic box office, while its gross collection in India stands at ₹805.32 crore. Gross collection refers to the total ticket revenue, while net collection indicates earnings after taxes.
Overseas, the film has earned ₹261.92 crore so far, taking its worldwide gross collection to ₹1,067.24 crore.
Dhurandhar 2 was released in theatres on March 19, while paid preview shows were held a day earlier on March 18. On its eighth day, the Hindi version contributed the highest share with ₹46 crore in collections. The Telugu version earned ₹2.50 crore, Tamil ₹90 lakh, Kannada ₹20 lakh and Malayalam ₹10 lakh.
The film is a sequel to Dhurandhar, which had received an overwhelming response from audiences worldwide. The first installment performed strongly at both domestic and international box offices, earning around ₹1,307 crore globally.
In India, the first film recorded a gross collection of ₹1,005.85 crore, while its net collection stood at approximately ₹840 crore. With earnings of ₹894.49 crore in Hindi alone, it became the highest-grossing Hindi-language film.
The film also saw a strong response in overseas markets, where it collected around ₹299.5 crore. In the United States and Canada, it earned more than ₹193.06 crore, surpassing the record set by Baahubali 2 in those markets.
Interestingly, the film achieved massive success despite not being released in Gulf countries. It also became the highest-grossing ‘A’-rated film in Indian cinema history.
