MSEDCL Announces Monthly Grievance Camps Across 52 Pune Sub-Divisions Every Third Monday

Pune, 13th August 2026: The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) will organise ‘Consumer Satisfaction Camps’ on the third Monday of every month across its Pune circle to ensure prompt resolution of electricity consumers’ complaints and provide information about various services and schemes.

The camps will be held at all 52 sub-divisional offices under the Pune circle from 11 am to 1 pm, allowing consumers to directly raise their grievances before concerned officials.

Complaints related to electricity bills, power supply, meters, new electricity connections and other MSEDCL services will be addressed at the camps.

Officials will also explain the functioning and benefits of smart meters and address misconceptions and concerns among consumers regarding the technology.

MSEDCL has appealed to consumers to participate in the camps at their respective sub-divisional offices and seek resolution of their grievances.
