 50% attendance at these places

50% capacity of the venue can be allowed for any event in closed places like cinema hall, auditorium, mangal karyalaya.

25% attendance for open space

Any event, meeting to be held in the open space, will be allowed only in the presence of 25% of the space capacity. If the capacity of such a site has not already been determined, the local Disaster Management Authority has been given the power to determine the capacity.

If more than 1000 citizens will be present for the open space event, the local authority will have to be informed. A representative will be sent there as an examiner by the authority. The order states that in case of violation of the rules, the program concerned may be canceled in full or in part.
