Agniveer Recruitment 2026: Online Registration Begins; Training Support Available in Satara

Pune, 17th March 2026: The Indian Army has commenced the online registration process for Agniveer recruitment, inviting eligible candidates from multiple districts across Maharashtra to apply within the announced deadline.

According to an official notification issued by the Army Recruiting Office Pune under the Zonal Recruiting Office Pune, the application window opened on February 13 and will remain active until April 1, 2026. Candidates from Pune, Beed, Latur, Dharashiv, Ahilyanagar and Solapur are eligible to participate in the recruitment process.

The written examination is expected to be conducted between June 1 and June 15, 2026. Candidates who qualify in the written test will proceed to the next stages, which include physical fitness tests followed by medical examinations.

Training Support in Satara:
To assist candidates in their preparation, the Maharashtra Ex-Servicemen Corporation (MESCO) is offering specialised coaching at the MESCO Career Academy Satara. The training programme covers various entry categories such as General Duty (GD), Clerk, Store Keeper, Nursing Assistant and Technical trades.

The academy guides experienced instructors for both written and physical components of the selection process. In addition, accommodation and meals are available to trainees at subsidised rates.

Lieutenant Colonel Satesh Daivanrao Hange (Retd.), District Sainik Welfare Officer, Pune, has urged aspiring candidates to make use of the training facilities available in Satara and to contact the academy for further details.

Officials have also advised applicants to complete the registration process well in advance to avoid any last-minute difficulties.
