Agriculture Commissioner Directs Officers to Submit Weekly Reports on Key Agri Initiatives; Task Force Formed

Pune, 23rd June 2025: The Office of the Commissioner (Agriculture), Maharashtra, has issued directives for the formation of task-specific teams and weekly monitoring of progress across various agricultural initiatives.
As per the official communication from Agriculture Commissioner Suraj Mandhare, officers are required to constitute dedicated teams and implement digital tracking systems to monitor and report on their assigned tasks. Weekly progress reports must be submitted every Friday by 5:00 PM. Officers failing to show satisfactory progress will be called for a review meeting the following Monday.
Each officer must also submit their team composition and reporting format by 24 June 2025. The directive is aimed at enhancing coordination, accountability, and timely implementation of agriculture-related programs.
