AIC-Pinnacle Building Pune’s Start-up Ecosystem
Pune, 13th December 2021: AIC Pinnacle, India’s leading and Maharashtra’s first & largest industry backed start-up incubator participated at the recently concluded start-up conclave hosted by Science and Technology Park at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) on Sunday. The conclave was attended by Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal , along with Pune’s 25 leading start-ups incubated at Venture Centre, Science & Technology Park, Auto-Cluster and AIC-Pinnacle.
Union Minister lauded the leading start-up ecosystem in Pune and rapid emergence of unicorns from the city, that now competes head-on with Mumbai in terms of start-ups creation. He also met and interacted with Pune’s emerging 25 start-ups from leading incubators, 3 of which were from AIC Pinnacle. Supported by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, DCMSME, Ministry of MSME & Ministry of Electronics and IT (MEITY), Government of India, AIC Pinnacle aims to support the creation of a vibrant and high impact entrepreneurial ecosystem focused on innovation in key sectors which lead to inclusive and sustainable techno-socio-economic development of India.
Speaking about the experience, Mr. Avinash Thakur, CEO, AIC Pinnacle, highlighted, “We are extremely grateful with the appreciation & acknowledgment we received from the Hon’ble Minister and would like to thank Science and Technology Park at Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) for giving us the opportunity to be a part of this conclave. -Rut3 Engineering Private Limited, a B2B company providing suspension wheels to Wheelchair and Bicycle companies. Rut3 has raised funds from ATAL Innovation by NITI Aayog GOI (Top 26 in India), and Bajaj Group

-3DGuru Innovations Pvt Ltd, a 3D Printing and Product Design Consultant organization providing one stop solution for clients from concept to mass production.

-EnergyBae (formerly known as Develop Train Maintain), a startup working on Decentralised Renewable Energy that empowers people to power themselves using renewables. They have designed a Hybrid Rooftop Turbine called WAYUMITRA.
