Due to the lockdown during the Corona period, the professionals in the beauty sector suffered a lot. Many had invested in salons and parlours by taking off loans. It was time for them to starve. In such a situation, the organisation provided financial support to many beauty professionals in Pune as well as outside Pune to start their business once again. The organisation has economically empowered women, girls from Red Light Area, Trans gender community, people from slum level by
providing training in Beauty Therapy.

Today, the beauty and health sector in India is developing rapidly. Due to the expansion of this sector, many job and self-employment opportunities are being seen here. As this field is allied to the medical profession (para-medical), proper training is required. Also in the field of beauty, there are many new treatment methods, and various technologies are introduced. Therefore, the work of the organisation is to make the professionals aware and educate them about all the developments in the field of beauty through various guidance camps and conferences and for that, the experts of various beauty sections come and guide them through lectures and demonstrations in the conferences. The conference is free to all esthetician women and men who have passed the ABTC Examination.

Ramp Walk
At the conclusion of the national conference to be held on July 19, underprivileged young women from the Swadhar Sanstha and the students from the Trans gender Community will present their aesthetic skills through a ramp walk.
