Bhaubeej Celebration At Pune Fire Brigade Is A Precious Moment In Life: Chief Fire Officer Prashant Ranpise

Pune, 6th November 2021: On behalf of Shankarrao Bhoi Smriti Pratishthan, a Bhaubeej program was organized for the fire brigade personnel today. This is the 26th year of this initiative.

While everyone is celebrating Diwali, firefighters are on duty. Bhaubeej celebrated by the people is a precious moment in our lives, said Prashant Ranpise, Chief of Pune Fire Brigade.

On this occasion, Lieutenant General Rajendra Nimbhorkar (Retd), Maharashtra State Women’s Commission Chairperson Rupali Chakankar, Special Inspector General of Police (CID) Makrand Ranade, Chairperson in charge of State Backward Classes Commission Chandrakant Meshram, Additional Commissioner of Police Dr Jalindar Supekar, PMC Additional Commissioner Dnyaneshwar Molak, Builder Krishnakumar Goyal, Ulhas Pawar, Actor Sunil Godbole, Actress Jaimala Inamdar, Special Inspector General of Police Vitthal Jadhav, Treasurer of Dagdusheth Halwai Ganpati Trust Mahesh Suryavanshi, Former MLA Mohan Joshi, Iqbal Darbar, Mushtaq Patel were present.

Dr Milind Bhoi, president of Bhoi Pratishthan explained the purpose of the event. He said the event was organized to express gratitude for the service of the fire brigade. ‘Shirkhurma’ was made along with the ‘faral’ for the jawans on behalf of the Muslim Awqaf Trust.
