Case registered against a FB user for posting Defamatory photos and posts of Dhananjay Munde and Karuna Sharma
Pune, 11th September 2021: By using the names of minister Dhananjay Munde and Karuna Sharma for defaming other women by posting defamatory photos and posting provocative statements, a case has been registered at the Shivajinagar Police Station against a person with a Facebook Profile name Rahul Mule.
Dnyaneshwar Bade (28, resident of Dwarka Apartment, Model Colony) has lodged a complaint in this regard. The posting of such posts started from 19th April 2021. Rahul Mule, the Facebook user had posted several obscene posts in foul language from his account.
Also, the people who replied to some of his posts responded by posting animal photos in an obscene manner and using dirty language. In some of the posts, there is a feeling of hatred between the two communities by hurting the feelings of the people of the Maratha community. These types of posts have been replied to with warning comments.
In the case of other women, using and referring to the name of State minister Dhananjay Munde and Karuna Sharma, he has been posting defamatory photos and posting provocative statements. The complaint also said that defamatory posts in the comments have been made concerning NCP President Sharad Pawar, former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council Pravin Darekar, Union Minister of State Bhagwat Karad, Anil Deshmukh, Sanjay Raut, Amrita Fadnavis, Amol Metkari and Rohit Pawar.
Shivajinagar Police have registered a case (Pune Cyber Crime) and senior Police Inspector More is investigating further.
