Coronavirus: 8333 New Cases In Maharashtra, 48 Deaths

Mumbai, Feb 26, 2021: A total of 4936 patients were discharged and 8333 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Maharashtra today. Today, 48 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state, Case fatality rate in the state is 2.43%. The current count of COVID19 patients in the state of Maharashtra is 21,38,154 informed State Health Minister Rajesh Tope.

According to the health department, 20,17,303 patients have been cured while the Case fatality rate in the state is 2.43%. As of today, there are 67,608 active cases in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 94.35% while the fatality rate in the state is 2.43%. Currently, 3,18,707 people are in home quarantine and 2688 people are in institutional quarantine.

Out of 1,61,12,519 aboratory sample 21,38,154 have been tested positive (13.27) for COVID-19 until today.
