Exim Bank Recruitment 2020: Apply For 60 Government Jobs, Management Trainee Posts in India Exim Bank

Pune, December 10, 2020: The bank related to import-export of India i.e. India Exim Bank has issued an advertisement for the recruitment of Management Trainee posts in various departments. 

According to the recruitment advertisement released by the bank on the official website, ‘eximbankindia.in’, applications are invited from interested candidates possessing the desired qualifications in finance, law, loan etc. departments. Candidates can apply for these posts through the online application form provided on the bank’s website. The last date of application has been set 31 December 2020.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have a degree in MBA or PGDBA or CA or LLB or PG (Economics) or BE/BTech or MCA with minimum 60% marks with specialization in the department related to the vacancies. According to the advertisement, degree candidates in correspondence or part-time mode are not eligible to apply. Additionally, the age of the candidates should not be more than 25 years on 1 December 2020. The age limit for Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates is 28 years and for SC/ST candidates the age limit is 30 years.

Salary: According to the prescribed procedure, the selected candidates will be given a stipend of Rs 40 thousand per month during training. After completion of the period, Management Trainee will be appointed as Deputy Manager as per Junior Management (JM) Grade/Scale 1. The CTC earmarked for the deputy manager is set at Rs 17 lakh annually.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and interview. Candidates declared successful in written examination will be invited for personal interview by Exim Bank. Final selected candidates will have to fill a bond of three lakhs to work for at least two years for the bank.
