“Fuel Prices Lower In International Market Then Why Prices Hike In India?”

Pimpri, January 11, 2021: Why are petrol, diesel, and gas prices soaring in India when fuel prices are low in the international market? This question has been raised by the State President of NCP Youth Congress, Mehboob Sheikh.
On Monday (January 11), Maharashtra NCP Youth Congress held a protest at Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Statue Chowk. “The BJP government which came to power at the Center with false promises is increasing the prices of petrol, diesel, and gas every day. Citizens have suffered enough due to Demonetization, GST, and lockdown of Corona. The global epidemic had paralyzed industries and businesses. With the recent launch of the unlock process, the business of the citizens has started”, Sheikh said.
The protesters raised slogans like ‘Ware Modi Tera Khel, Sone Ke Bhav Mein Bikta Tel’.
In the agitation led by Mehboob Sheikh, State Working President Ravikant Warpe, National General Secretary of NCP Dr Shailesh Mohite, Pimpri Chinchwad NCP City President Sanjog Waghere Patil, Leader of Opposition Raju Misal, Pimpri Chinchwad Youth City President Vishal Wakadkar, Pune Youth City President Mahesh Hande, Pune District Youth City President Sachin Ghotkule, State Youth General Secretary Vishal Kalbhor, Sandeep Lala Chinchwade, State Vice President Abhishek, Kishor Masal, Ajay Avati, Corporator Pankaj Bhalekar, Yuvati City President Varsha Jagtap as well as all the office-bearers of the State Youth and City Youth were present in large numbers.
