New Delhi, 12th February 2022: The Indian government has asked Twitter to close the account of the newly formed Tehreek-e-Taliban India (TTI).

According to the report by the news agency, Tehreek-e-Taliban India has tweeted saying that Twitter has been told by the police that its tweets are against the law of India.

Tehreek-e-Taliban India said in another tweet that Taliban is a common name. It has nothing to do with the Taliban of Pakistan and Afghanistan. Tehreek-e-Taliban India says that it has been formed for peace in Kashmir. There are Muslim scholars in the Indian Taliban. Till now thousands of Muslims have joined it.

The report said that the announcement of the setting up of TTI has been made through a tweet from an undisclosed location after a meeting. The TTI looks like Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) which is involved in a war against the Government of Pakistan. Tehreek-e-Taliban India (TTI) has also issued a notification. It said Twitter has been directed by Indian law enforcement that TTI’s content violates security standards.

On the other hand, the Pakistani army has tied up with the radical Islamist organization TLP. After the capture of the Taliban in Afghanistan, the Pakistani army has again set its aides for a proxy war. The move is believed to be part of General Bajwa’s strategy to sideline the elected government of PTI led by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
