‘Guardian Eastern Meadows’ gets a five star Crisil rating
Good, consistent performance brings an upgrade in rating
Pune, January 24: ‘Eastern Meadows’ a premium residential project being set up by Guardian Developers at Kharadi Annex has received the ‘Pune 5 Star’ rating from CREST (Crisil Real Estate Star Rating).
The project that has the distinction of being the first Crisil rated project in Pune region to get ‘Pune 4 Star’ rating at the pre-launch stage itself has now got an upgrade to ‘Pune 5 Star’, primarily due to good, consistent performance on various parameters. This rating is for the Phase 1 of the project, where construction work is in full swing and as per committed timeline.
Dnyanesh Nandurkar, Regional Head, Crisil Real Estate Ratings presented the certificate to Uday Jadhav, Director, Guardian Corporation during a function held in Pune today.
This is being termed as one of the significant achievements of Guardian Developers, especially in the current situation of real estate market. Some of the important parameters on which the rating upgrade was awarded include positive construction progress, quality of construction, healthy sales off takes and financial stability of the project.
