Due to the increase in the number of patients and tests in many places, it usually takes more than 72 hours to get the results of RT-PCR tests which are usually available in 48 hours.

Instructions have been given many times before to make the results of Covid tests available in the shortest possible time. However, due to limited mechanisms and other technical reasons, the time frame for getting RT PCR results does not seem to be getting shorter.

Meanwhile, Kothrud MLA and Maharashtra BJP state president Chandrakant Patil told a press conference in Pune that a unique mobile testing lab will be launched from Saturday which will give RT-PCR test report in four hours.
