Citing the main objective to organize the event, Dr Nayana stated, “Our aim was to get students and staff together off the class room and office and provide them opportunities to explore, discover, and interact with the physical and social environment, encourage physical activities that become integrated into an individual's daily life style and to encourage social interactions that create and enhance connections between individuals and the Symbiosis community.”

There were more than 15 activities organized like – Tyredrag, Beat the Dhol, Obstacle Challenge, Cycling, Yoga, Zumba, Rappelling, Boxing and Fitness Bash among others.

The students along with the staff had a wonderful time and the evening ended on a high note with them determined to stay fit and healthy.
