Pune, 31st March 2025: HSBC India, in collaboration with Thriwe, successfully concluded the third edition of the HSBC Golf League at the Oxford Golf Course in Pune. The tournament brought together top amateur golfers from across the country, with cricket legend and Professional Golf Tour of India President Kapil Dev serving as the chief guest.

The HSBC Golf League, India’s premier amateur golfing event, has seen multiple regional rounds in Greater Noida, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, culminating in an exciting finale in Pune. The event featured participation from leading corporate executives, business leaders, and sports enthusiasts, highlighting its prestige in the golfing community.

Kapil Dev, who kicked off the tournament with the ceremonial tee-off, spoke about the growing popularity of golf in India. “Golf is a fantastic sport that requires patience, precision, and strategy. It’s great to see HSBC and Thriwe providing a platform for amateur golfers to showcase their skills,” he said.

The tournament concluded with a high-energy award ceremony, where four winners were presented with an all-expenses-paid trip to Singapore’s Sentosa Golf Club. They will experience the exclusive Hexagon Suite hospitality at the Tanjong Course and witness top international golfers compete in the HSBC Women’s World Championship.
