Star batsmen like Babar Azam struggled, with Hardik Pandya dismissing him for just 10 runs. Fakhar Zaman scored a slow 27 off 50 balls before Kuldeep Yadav cleaned him up. Jasprit Bumrah got the better of Imam ul Haq, caught by Shubman Gill.

Haris Rauf and Naseem Shah didn’t bat due to injury concerns, and Pakistan could only score 128 runs in 32 overs, resulting in India’s comprehensive victory. Kuldeep Yadav was India’s star bowler, taking a 5-wicket haul in his 8 overs for just 25 runs. KL Rahul’s 111 not out and Virat Kohli’s 122 not out were standout performances in the batting department. Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur, and Hardik Pandya each took 1 wicket.

The match showcased India’s dominance and marked a significant win for them, considering their recent struggles and uncertainty about their team combinations. Cricket enthusiasts are now eager for the next exciting clash in the Asia Cup.
